This site is run by Urban MindState for the artist Soulé Soul. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your information, and everything we do collect is described below in plain language.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you submit it through the "Notify Me" signup form. Alongside it we store the time you signed up and standard technical details your browser sends with the request (the page you signed up from and your browser's user-agent string), which help us keep the list clean of spam.
- Standard server logs — this site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site today. The site sets no cookies of its own.
- We don't collect anything about your beliefs. This is a gospel-rooted artist's site, but your faith is your business — signing up for updates tells us only that you like the music.
How we use your email
To send you what the form promises: first listens, release dates, and show invitations for Soulé Soul. That's it.
Analytics
If we add measurement, we plan to use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), which counts visits without tracking you across the web or storing anything on your device. If we ever add advertising measurement tools (such as a Meta Pixel) to support the artist's launches, we will update this policy first and honor applicable opt-out rights.
Where your data lives
Signup emails are stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure in the site's own private storage, accessible only to the artist's team.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe / delete: email [email protected] with "unsubscribe" (or "delete my data") and we'll remove your address promptly.
- Access: you can ask what we hold about you — for most people it's exactly one email address.
- Residents of states with privacy laws (California and others) may exercise the rights those laws provide via the same email address. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children
This site is a general-audience music site and doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted an email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, when analytics or advertising tools are added around releases — we'll update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
